For the first time in many years, a more serious government stance on the so called “ENDO” — or End of Contract practice by many companies, especially malls, has been made part of the Duterte government’s immediately actionable national policy. This has reverberated across conference rooms and meeting halls of companies who shall likely be affected by this and other burgeoning policies that shall affect both employers and employees.
Will we see the end of contractualization? What about another practice called “casualization?”
These and other HR issues of national scope shall be discussed by the experts and policy makers at the 9th Philippine HR Summit from August at the Crowne Plaza Galleria. On hand will be Atty. Josephus B. Jimenez, Former USEC of DOLE and 2014 PMAP President, who tackle the more controversial topics.
