Resilient Mabini By Rizaldy “KonZee” Luistro

Executive Chronicles | Resilient Mabini By Rizaldy “KonZee” Luistro | During this time of the pandemic, a lot has happened. Many lost their jobs. Many have lost loved ones. Many have gone astray, doubted their ability and sadly, many of us, especially young people, have increased the incidence of depression, decreased self -confidence and the question of what exactly is the reason why we are here. Like many, I was a victim of a pandemic.

In times like these, we have to bet more. Bet on one’s own capacity and bet on the protection of one’s community – the family.

And if I’m learning anything now that is caused by the pandemic, it’s the time when we can’t see the sun’s rays, we need the light that comes from each other more.

It is an honor to speak to all of you because this does not happen very often. Let’s face the truth. I am the son of an OFW and grandson from a family of fishermen. But like many who live a simple life, it is free to dream. And from this dream came my mission, came my determination to persevere, study hard, and find the vocation to be part of a community that works together and lifts each other up in life.

To my young colleagues, no success does not start with a dream. Remember that nothing strong does not start weak. No one wins the not brave bet.

For the modern era, guide the know -how we have learned from history. Let me recover from you, my people of Mabini, You have shaped me and raised me well.

I aspire to be one of the inspirations of our youth that your dream is possible. In this election, I am the leader of the youth. I carry the symbol of light in the darkness resulting from the pandemic and the leader prepared by time and experience for the right opportunity to serve the greater number.Resilient Mabini By Rizaldy “KonZee” Luistro

This is our fight, these are some of the things we will advance in our term as town councilor

1. PROMOTE YOUTH AND THE IMPORTANCE OF INNOVATIVE COMMUNICATION

More opportunities for Youth and Strengthening communication of the government and its citizens.

2. ENVIRONMENT, AGRICULTURE, TOURISM AND DISASTER PREPAREDNESS

We are children of nature, we will promote a solid program not only for the preparedness of all to disasters but also on how to prevent and reduce its impact on us. We will monitor and strengthen environmental programs to help our fisherfolks and and how everyone can help make tourism more prosperous.

3. OFW, BUSINESS AND THE FAMILY

The Financial Literacy program for the children of OFWs and their families will be promoted. We will strengthen it for everyone’s greater knowledge of how important aging is, things to keep in mind in investments or in entrepreneurship so as not to waste the hard work of our dear OFWs.

4. PROMOTING THE RIGHTS OF WOMEN, SENIORS AND PWDS THROUGH STRONGER SECTORAL PARTNERSHIPS

5. ZEAL FOR GOOD GOVERNANCE

We will be responsible for ensuring accountability, transparency, citizen participation and effectiveness of town government programs.

6. EDUCATION AND IMPORTANCE OF STABLE ORGANIZATIONS IN MABINI
– I believe that a country with active social organizations is a country with a vibrant democracy and a higher interest in patriotic activities. We will reinforce this through effective discourse and providing opportunities for academic researchers and subject matter experts to be more involved in our decisions

7. E-HEALTH AND CENTERING ON MENTAL HEALTH
Strengthen the program for mental health and its importance to everyone especially the youth.  The E-HEALTH program will be promoted which will bring laboratories and hospitals closer to the home.

We need a leader who is trained in how to use modern communication and productivity technologies to better understand each other in times of disunity and connect the generation than with the generation today.

We need a leader whose policy is woven from the principle that no government will be stable if it does not promote a community that is active, has effective discourse and engages in social issues and a government that is the cradle of modern leaders and leadership that is timely to the needs of the people.

God is my witness and my people, guided by integrity, diligence, experience, intellect and honesty. Now is the right time. I am Rizaldy ”KonZee” Luistro and I gladly offer my intellect, strength and determination for the council.

My intention to run was a response to a mission – to lead a patriotic governance from the patriotic voting of patriotic citizens.

I am ready to win this battle. Goodness to all and loyalty to the people. Together we will stand for the resilience of Mabini.
