Walk More Often
Walking is one of the simplest yet most effective forms of exercise, and it’s something that should definitely be incorporated into your daily routine. Try to walk (briskly if possible) for at least thirty minutes a day, and your heart health will be improved, you’ll have stronger bones and muscles, you’ll have increased energy levels, and your mental health will benefit too.
To make things better, choose scenic routes or walk with a friend and chat as you go. You’ll hardly notice you’re exercising, but your body will benefit anyway.
