From dream home to future home. Crown Asia, one of the home developers catering to the middle market, has unveiled its latest home series called Designer Series. Veering away from customary house and lot packages, the designer homes will empower home buyers to achieve their dream home, by giving them the freedom to design the entire home from the floor plan to the number of bedrooms.
Own Masterpiece
Launched last April 13, 2016, the Designer Series features open space plans, allowing homeowners to create their own masterpiece. Homeowners can choose among the elegant house structures and quality homes created by leading home developer Crown Asia Properties, while enjoying the freedom to design the home’s layout or create spaces.

Abundant Spaces
Homeowners can choose among six (6) Designer Series that provide abundant space and unlimited opportunities to design their floor plan layout. The name of the house corresponds to its floor area. Floor area ranges from 65 square meters to 211 square meters.
Unlike traditional house and lot packages, homeowners are not confined to the designated floor plan based on the package they chose. With Designer Series, homeowners can decide how many number of rooms and even how big the rooms will be.
In fact, Designer 65, the smallest house and lot package, can be maximized up to 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. One room can be a bit bigger as the master’s bedroom while the two rooms can either be for kids or guests. And all rooms are still spacious enough to place closets.
Quality Houses
Every designer series comes with basic interior finishes. The roofing has pre-painted stone coated metal roofing on steel rafter-type framing. For the interior of the ground floor, the ceiling is painted-finish exposed steel deck, while on the second floor and toilet & bath, it’s painted with fiber-cement boards on light steel frame. All windows are sliding with clear glass panels on aluminum powder-coated frame. The exterior walls are painted sandblast finish while the interior walls and molding / shutters are painted plain cement finish. The floor finishes for both ground and second floor are smooth plain cement finish.
In the kitchen, there are already concrete base cabinet with painted wooden doors, stainless kitchen sink and faucet. All toilet and bathroom have ceramic toilet fixtures and stainless shower set & faucet, 30 x 30 ceramic floor tiles, 30 x 30 ceramic tiles full height on bath area and painted plain cement finish with 30 x 30 ceramic tiles 1 layer on toilet area.
