Who Can Avail NDIS?
You can be eligible for NDIS if you are a permanent resident of Australia, a special-category visa holder who resides in Australia and an Australian citizen. Furthermore, you must be between seven and 65 years old and suffer from a permanent and significant disability. According to the guideline of NDIS, a person who has a permanent and significant disability is a person who requires the use of special equipment or the help of another person or needs support to lessen their future needs. How to Apply for NDIS Funding?
Based on the NDIS website, if you think that you can qualify, then the first thing that you need to do is to call NDIA at 1800 800 110 since they are the ones who handle this scheme.
